TLDR
Sweet Bonanza 2500 and Sweet Bonanza 1000 have the same RTP, the same 25,000x max win, the same 6x5 grid and the same tumble mechanic. Exactly one thing changed: the multiplier bomb ceiling in free spins went from 1,000x to 2,500x. That raises how violent a single bonus round can get, but it does not raise the amount you can win in total, because both games cap out at the same place.

Specs cross-checked across five independent slot data sources plus the provider's own published figures. Four of the five list Sweet Bonanza 2500 at 96.52%; the one outlier appears to be a transcription slip and we have gone with the majority. The 0.01% gap between the two games is within normal source variance, so treat them as the same RTP.
What actually changed between the two games
One number. In the free spins round, both games drop multiplier bombs onto the grid. When the tumbles finish, every bomb on screen adds together and multiplies the win.
In Sweet Bonanza 1000 the biggest single bomb is 1,000x. In Sweet Bonanza 2500 it is 2,500x.
Everything else is carried over. Same eight-symbol cluster requirement, same tumbling wins, same scatter count for the bonus, same base game. If you loaded both without looking at the title screen, the base game would be indistinguishable.
Does a higher multiplier ceiling mean bigger wins?
Not in the way most people assume, and this is the part worth understanding before you pick one.
Both games stop at 25,000x. That is a hard ceiling written into the maths, and it is the same ceiling in both titles. A 2,500x bomb does not let you win more than a 1,000x bomb ultimately allows, because the moment your round reaches 25,000x the game stops counting.
What the higher bomb does is change how you get there. In Sweet Bonanza 1000 you generally need several bombs to stack up to a monster round. In Sweet Bonanza 2500 a single lucky bomb can do most of the work on its own. Same destination, fewer steps required, and a rarer path.
What our live data shows
This is where we can add something the spec sheets cannot. We track real bets on both games across multiple crypto casinos, so we can see what is actually landing rather than what the paytable promises.
Over one 24 hour window we recorded:
| Sweet Bonanza 1000 | Sweet Bonanza 2500 | |
|---|---|---|
| Wins of 10x or more | 544 | 1,117 |
| Biggest single win recorded | 6,066x | 1,045x |
| Casinos we saw it live on | 7 | 6 |
Sweet Bonanza 2500 produced roughly twice as many 10x or better wins in that window, while Sweet Bonanza 1000 produced the single biggest hit by a wide margin.
Two important caveats. This is one 24 hour sample, not a lifetime average, and it reflects however many people happened to be playing each game that day. Do not read it as "2500 pays more often" as a permanent property. What it does show is that both games are genuinely live and paying across the casinos we track, and that big rounds on either one are perfectly achievable.
You can watch both live on our Sweet Bonanza 2500 and Sweet Bonanza 1000 pages, which update as bets land.
